A week in my slimming world diet.
Mon, Jacket Potato with  chicken .
Tues, Sticky Chicken.
Wed,   Steak and Chips,  chips of course slimming world style. :-)
Thurs,  Pork Chop, potato, New... of course.
Fri,  Home Made Beefburgers +  S/W Chips
Sat   Aldi* Sausages Chiplota Potato's

All that and i still lost weight down from when i started at 18st 6lbs to 15st 11lbs, Just another 2st 4lbs to go , Next cricket season should see a new slimmer me.... Hopefully!

*Aldi sausages are not that bad for your diet, Their Chiplota sausages are 90% meat  and taste just like sausages should taste, Not at all like the  low-fat versions you find in supermarkets .
